Official Program
The participation fee
Single room: $900 (USD, United States dollar)
Double room: $600 (USD, United States dollar)
The last day to pay the participation fee: May 15, 2024.
After you have filled out the registration form, a confirmation e-mail will be sent informing whether you secured a spot at the GA. Information and policies of the event will be attached. After a confirmed payment the registration is binding. If the GA is full and there are no spots left, you will receive an e-mail to inform you that you have a place on the waiting list.
Whats included in the participation fee and what is not included?
The participation fee includes:
- Accommodation during the official program in Stockholm.
- Shared twin room accommodation for the night between 6-7 August for participants not joining optional tour.
- All entrance fees visits planned during the program.
- Transport in Stockholm city during program.
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner all days (except dinner during free time Monday 5 august)
- Airport transportation on day of arrival (3rd August).
Please note that the participation fee does not include:
- Any personal travel to and from Stockholm.
Your personal travel and health insurance. - Medical expenses.
- Visas necessary for entry into Sweden.
- Incidental charges at the hotel (mini bar, laundry, calls. etc.).
- Bank transfer fees for when you make the payment.
- Airport transportation in connection to the departure.
- Accommodation before the beginning of the program.
- Any drinks/beverages (except soft drinks included in meals, Swedish tap water is delicious!)
- Additional personal expenses.
You will be staying at Hotel C Stockholm, Vasaplan 4, 111 20 Stockholm.
- Check in time from 3:00 PM at 3rd August
- Check out time not joining Optional Tour: 11:00 AM 7th August
- Check out time for those who joining Optional Tour: 9:00 AM 6th August
Any costs for luggage storage outside of this time is paid by participants.
Optional Tour

- Transport from Stockholm to Västeräng (departure 6 August 20:00).
- Transport from Västeräng to Stockholm/Arlanda (Departure 11th August 08:00).
- Accommodation at Västeräng
- Transport to planned visits and activities
- Entrance fees to planned visits and activities
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner all days.
Please note that the participation fee does not include:
- Your personal travel and health insurance
- Bank transfer fees for when you make the payment.
- All arrival or departure transportation outside of previously specified times
- Any drinks/beverages (except soft drinks included in meals. Swedish tap water is delicious!).
General policies
You arrange your VISA by yourself. You choose the Tourist visa for the most easy entry.
Visa requirements depend entirely on your nationality. i.e. If you are a European citizen, or if you hold a Schengen visa then you don’t need another visa to enter Sweden.

Non-SWYers (+1) are welcome to register during the ordinary registration.
Any participant bringing their children along is required to contact SWYAA Sweden to make it possible for us to accommodate them better. Children aged 3 years or more pay the full participation fee.
During free time, the participant is responsible for their actions and movements.
Cancellation policy
- One hundred percent (100 %) refund before the end of 30 April.
- Fifty percent (50 %) refund before the end of May 31.
- Zero percent (0 %) refund from June 1.
- A cancellation is non-refundable unless it is possible to replace you with another paying participant. Participant covers any bank fee associated to the cancellation transfer.
In cases that the participant are unable to obtain a Visa due to immigration policies. Please contact us.
In case a replacement participant is found no fees will be charged and will be fully refunded. However, the international money transfer charge will be deducted from the refunded amount of the participant.
